Leticia Pelizan

Research Director

Leticia Pelizan is Research Director at Fuel Freedom Chair for Energy and Social Development, IESE Business School, Spain. She focuses her research on energy policy and regulation, strategy, technology choices and access to credit as means to reduce energy poverty.

She has over 15 years of experience in the energy sector in regulatory affairs, strategy, project management, general management and engineering, in electricity and gas companies in Europe and Latin America, where her multidisciplinary education helped to offer a comprehensive view of energy markets.

Leticia holds a Master in Business Administration from IESE Business School, a Master in Economics and Regulation of Public Services from Universitat de Barcelona, a degree in Law from Universidade de Santa Cruz do Sul and a degree in technical engineering.
